Size Exchange Policy

If you experience a size-related concern, we kindly request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Size exchanges are available only for sizing issues. We are unable to offer exchanges for a different product.

For smooth processing, please ensure the return parcel clearly mentions the customer name and contact number.

A nominal exchange shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable and is to be borne by the customer.

Return Policy

As our products are carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch, we do not offer returns once an item has been sold.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will be happy to arrange a replacement using the fastest available courier service.

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility

To ensure hygiene and product quality, we request that the product:-

  • Remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Is returned with all original tags and labels intact.
  • Is packed securely in its original packaging.

📌 Kind Note:
An unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel for the first time is mandatory for all exchange or replacement requests. This helps us serve you better and resolve concerns quickly. Requests without this video may be difficult for us to process.

Order Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders are confirmed immediately and therefore cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

When an Exchange May Not Be Possible

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible and appreciate your understanding in the following situations:-

  • If the product is not preferred due to colour, fabric, or design. We encourage reviewing the product description and images carefully before placing an order.
  • Slight colour variations (up to 10–12%) may occur due to : Differences in screen displays and resolutions
  • Lighting used during product photography : Such variations are natural and may not qualify for an exchange or return.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Items purchased from the SALE section.
  • Orders placed using discounts, coupons, or gift vouchers

These purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
